Azerbaijani president meets Tajik foreign minister

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has met Tajik Foreign Minister Sirojiddin Aslov, 1news.az reports.

Aliyev noted successful development of relations in all fields and expressed hope that Aslov will visit Azerbaijan to boost the level of bilateral relations.

The foreign minister greeted Aliyev on behalf of President Emomali Rahmon and handed him a letter inviting him to visit Tajikistan.

The sides admitted that that they had a good basis for cooperation and expansion of bilateral relations in economy, trade, industry, investments and other sectors.
