Gunmen on Ukraine’s Institutskaya Street identified

Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said that people responsible for gunshots on the Institutskaya Street at the Kiev center on February 20, 2014, have been identified, RIA Novosti reports.A special regiment was operating near the October Palace on the Institutskaya Street under the command of Police Major Dmitry Sadovnik. 12 people, all of them members of the Berkut special units, have been detained.
