Participation of Crimean clubs in Russian Football Championship not discussed yet

Nikolai Tolstykh, president of the Russian Football Union, has met Nikolai Gostevykh, head of the Crimean Republican Football Federation, yesterday, ITAR-TASS reports.

According to Gostevykh, the Ukrainian Football Federation should give the Crimean Football Federation permission to join the Russian Football Union. Then, he said, a conference will be organized on March 26 to vote for the process.

Gostevykh noted that participation of Crimean teams in the Russian Football Championship had not been discussed.
