Azerbaijani ex-acting commander of Naval Forces detained

First-Rank Captain Yunus Mamedov, Azerbaijani ex-acting commander and chief of Staff of the Naval Forces, has been detained over financial violations and violating the charter. He was summoned for questioning yesterday, Trend reports.

He was dismissed from the post on March 31.
