Israel and Palestine fail to find common grounds

The 5-hour talks of Israeli and Palestinian peace negotiators have been fruitless. The talks were held under mediation of US State Department official Martin Indyk, ITAR-TASS reports.

An anonymous source said that Israel threatened Palestinians during the talks.

The peace process reached a critical phase in the middle of last week, a month before conclusion of the negotiations.
