Viktor Arkhipov: "BSEC has a lot of opportunities for economic interaction"

Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Bulgaria in Russia, Boyko Kotsev and chairman of the Russian National Committee of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, Viktor Arkhipov talk about the priority directions outlined for the period of Bulgaria's chairmanship in the BSEC. Bulgaria will be the chairman of the BSEC for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2014.
