New thermal power station to be built in Grozny

A new thermal power station is going to be built in the Chechen capital Grozny. The corresponding decision has been made by the Gazprom Energy Holding Ltd., owned by Russia's gas-producing monopoly Gazprom.

The station is expected to have a capacity of 380-400 megawatts.
