Most Russian authorities included in EU sanction list

Deputy Heads of the Federation Council Alexander Torshin and Ilyas Umakhanov, all members of the Federation Council Committee for International Affairs and Committee for Defense and Security, all members of Duma, members of committees, including Alexey Pushkov and Vladimir Komoyedov, have been added.2. Executives. This includes members of the Russian Security Council, except President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.3. Law enforcers. Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov, Head of the Main Directorate for International Military Cooperation Sergey Koshelev, Deputy Chief of General Staff Igor Sergun, Military Counter-Intelligence Chief Alexander Bezverkhny were put on the list..4. Businessmen. No names have been put in this section.5. Mass media organizations and journalists promoting annexation of Crimea. This includes Gazprom Media, channels Russia, Russia Today, Channel One, NTV, journalists Dmitry Kiselev, Mikhail Leontyev, Irada Zeynalova and Mikhail Gusman.
