Head of Rosselkhozbank murderer owed money

Khanpasha Isayev, aged 60, was identified as the murderer of Magomeddibir Murtazaliyev, head of a Rosselkhozbank office in Makhachkala, SKFO.ru reports.

The police found a Makarov pistol, an SKS carbine, five grenades and ammunition. He admitted murdering the bank’s director. According to preliminary information, Isayev murdered the banker over a debt.

Murtazaliyev’s body was found in the banker's car two days ago.
