Constitution project presented in Crimea

The Constitution project, which consists of 10 chapters and 95 articles, has been presented in Crimea, ITAR-TASS reports.Yefim Fiks, head of the State Council Commission for Norm-Setting, said that over 400 recommendations were given by commission members, MPs and ordinary residents of the peninsula.According to the Constitution, Russian, Ukrainian and Tatar languages are recognized as state languages. Crimea recognizes the principle of cultural diversity and protects equality. The country is declared a democratic state of the Russian Federation, a social state.The Constitution will be discussed on April 11.
