Kyrgyzstan becomes PACE's democracy partner

Kyrgyzstan has received the status of a democracy partner at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), Kyrgyz Parliamentary Speaker Asylbek Zheyebekov is quoted as saying by RIA Novosti.

The corresponding decision was made at the spring session of the PACE, the news agency reports.
