Israel launches Ofek-10 spy satellite

Israel has launched the Ofek-10 spy satellite from the Palmachim military base south of Tel Aviv using a Shavit carrier, RIA Novosti reports.Ofek satellites were developed by Israel Aircraft Industries. Ofek-10 can take photographs at any time and in any weather conditions. Thus, Israel now has a total of 6 spy satellites.According to local media, Ofek-10 will spy on Iran.
