Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan to sign treaty on Eurasian Economic Union in May

Russian Vice Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov said at the Eastern Forum in Berlin that Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will sign the treaty on formation of the Eurasian Economic Union in May, RIA Novosti reports.The Union will be launched on January 1, 2015. Shuvalov expressed hope that the Union would discuss formation of common economic space and a free trade zone with the EU.
