Aksenov promoted as candidate to head Crimea

The Crimean State Council has introduced Sergey Aksenov as a candidate to head the republic, according to Crimean Speaker Vladimir Konstantinov, RIA Novosti reports.

Russian President Vladimir Putin will consider the candidate.
