Moscow ex-Mayor Luzhkov will not stand for head of Crimea or Sevastopol

Moscow ex-Mayor Yuri Luzhkov has denied plans to stand for the head of Crimea or mayor of Sevastopol, RIA Novosti reports.

He thanked the local population for keeping record of his achievements.
