Karachay-Cherkessia receives 10 million rubles for reconstruction of social facilities

Russian President Vladimir Putin has granted Karachay-Cherkessia 10 million rubles of the reserve presidential fund for reconstruction of the Nadezhda social rehabilitation center and the Sosenka tourism center for children.
