Ukraine to appoint minister for the Crimea

The Ukrainian government is going to appoint a special minister for the Crimea, who will supervise the efforts aimed at restoration of Kyiv's control over the penisula, which has recently joined the Russian Federation. 

The government is also going to establish the Department of Occupied Territories, the country's Acting President Oleksandr Turchynov says.
