Bogdan Bespalko: “A military scenario is impossible in the southeast”

Bogdan Bespalko, the deputy director of the Center for Ukrainian and Belarusian Studies of Moscow State University, states that the Ukrainian authorities consider forcible suppression as the only option for stopping riots in the southeast of the country. However, the political scientist thinks the situation is developing too rapidly to make forecasts.
