Head of Russian Federal Migration Service sees humanitarian catastrophe in Ukraine

Constantine Romodanovsky, head of the Russian Federal Migration Service, said that there were signs of a humanitarian catastrophe in Ukraine, Interfax reports.

He noted the rising number of requests for temporary residence from Ukraine.
