Representatives of Eastern Ukraine demand federal system

The first meeting of the South-Eastern Movement for Federalization was held today in the Ukrainian city of Donetsk, ITAR-TASS reports on Wednesday.

The movement is headed by presidential hopeful Oleg Tsaryov. According to him, representatives of Lugansk, Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk, Odessa and Kharkiv demand a federal system and amnesty for all anti-Kyiv activists.
