Ruble rises after Putin’s statement

The dollar price dropped by 0.10 rubles to 35.89 rubles per dollar at the Moscow Exchange at 12.28PM after President Vladimir Putin’s talks at the Q&A show, RIA Novosti reports.

The euro dropped in price by 0.01 rubles to 49.71 rubles.

The dual-currency basket totals 42.11 rubles, dropping to 42.08 rubles for a short time.
