Hostages taken in Belgorod

Three unidentified people, one of them armed with a Sayga carbine, have taken four people hostage at the Belgorod office of the Zapadny Bank, RIA Novosti reports.

The Russian Central Bank nullified its license today.

The assailants demand 25 million rubles.
