Putin rehabilitates peoples of Crimea

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that he had signed the decree on rehabilitation of the Crimean-Tatars, Armenians, Germans, Greeks and other peoples suffering from Stalin-era repressions in Crimea, ITAR-TASS reports.

The decree, as he stated, contains norms on socio-economic development of some territories neglected for years and even decades.
