South-east of Ukraine forms joint headquarters

Protesters in the south-east of Ukraine have formed headquarters in Lugansk. It will also coordinate protests in Donetsk, ITAR-TASS reports.

People in the Lugansk Oblast are discussing the referendum planned for May 11, federalization, status of the Russian language. A mass meeting will soon start at the Security Service building in Lugansk.
