Andrey Klishas: "Ukraine needs contractual federalism"

The chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation, Judicial and Legal Affairs and the development of civil society, Andrey Klishas, talks about different types of federalism and about the type of federalism that befits Ukraine best as one of the ways to peacefully resolve the situation. The expert believes there is a number of types of federalism and that the contractual federalism will work best for Ukraine.
