Acts of terror not to interfere with North Caucasus District’s development

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has declared that recent acts of terror in the North Caucasus Federal District will not interfere with the economic and social development of the region, RIA Novosti reports.

However, the PM admitted that the situation is very complicated and requires special attention.
