Moscow school N263 shooter recognized as insane

A high school student of Moscow school N263 responsible for shooting dead two people and wounding one on February 3 has been taken to the medical center of the Butyrskaya Investigative Isolator, ITAR-TASS reports.

He has been moved from isolator N5 to the medical center, diagnozed with schizophrenia.
