Rising petroleum prices force people to store it at home in Iran
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaBijan Haj Mohammadreza, head of the Union of Petroleum Station Owners of Iran, said that rising prices for petroleum forced people to store gasoline in their own houses, despite risks of keeping it in such high quantities and unsuitable containers, Trend reports.
The Iranian government proposed reforms within the framework of the second reform stage. The new prices were to be announced on April 20. Realization of the second stage of reforms has not started yet.
Gasoline costs about $0.50 per liter in Iran today.
