Russia denies banning Ukraine’s Jemilev from entering

Yuri Zvyagintsev, head of the Russian Federal Migration Agency Directorate in the Novosibirsk Oblast, said that Ukrainian MP Mustafa Jemilev had never been banned from visiting the country, RIA Novosti reports.

Jemilev was reported banned from visits to Russia for five years yesterday when trying to cross the Russian-Ukrainian border. The Federal Service denies handing any documents restricting his visits.
