Ex-commander of Azerbaijani Navy arrested

Vice Admiral Shakhin Sultanov, ex-commander of the Azerbaijani Navy, was arrested three days ago accused of mass property theft, Trend reports.

In March 2013 Sultanov was dismissed as the commander.
