Consideration of winter-time bill postponed in Russia

Russian lawmakers have postponed discussions of the bill on switch to winter time, Yuga.ru reports.

The talks have already been postponed since April 15, on request of healthcare authorities. Sergey Kalashnikov of the LDPR said that the bill needed adjustments.
