Yevgeny Konygin on technological cooperation between China and Russia

Yevgeny Konygin, the chairman of the sub-committee for energy efficiency and renewable power of the RSPP, thinks that Russia and China could boost their cooperation in the sphere of renewable power sources and the technological sphere.
