U.S. president threatens to pass new anti-Russian sanctions

U.S. President Barack Obama said at a press conference with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe in Tokyo that Russia was violating the Geneva agreements for Ukraine, RIA Novosti reports.

He warned that further violations would be punished with additional sanctions. Obama reiterated that Washington was committed to finding a diplomatic solution to the Ukraine crisis.

Shinzo be called use of force in Ukraine unacceptable.
