Chamber of Accounts says Sochi reforestation inefficient

The Chamber of Accounts of the Russian Federation has said that proposals for the reforestation of woodland in Sochi to counter the construction of Olympic building suggested by the Rosprirodnadzor (Environmental watchdog) would have little effect, RIA Novosti reports.
