EU may prohibit transactions with Crimean banks

The European Union may prohibit European banks from conducting any transactions with Crimean banks, Reuters cites a document drafted by the European Commission as saying. 

The commission is now set to prepare a new round of sanctions against Russia. The EU as well as the Ukrainian government accuses Russia of interfering in Ukraine's internal affairs.
