Russian PM and defense minister develop program for Black Sea Fleet

At a Q&A show, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the government and the Defense Ministry to compose a program for development of the Black Sea Fleet, RIA Novosti reports.

Development of the Black Sea Fleet became a topical issue after annexation of Crimea and Sevastopol and break of relations with Ukraine.
