Ruble price hits another all-time low

The dollar has reached a price of 36 rubles. It increased in price by 0.22 rubles to 35.99 rubles at 12.09PM and reached up to 36.008 rubles at a certain point. The euro price increased by 0.34 rubles to 49.81 rubles, according to the Moscow Exchange. The dual currency basket increased in price by 0.27 rubles to 42.20 rubles, RIA Novosti reports.

S&P lowered the foreign currency rating of Russia from BBB to BBB- on April 25 and gave a negative forecast. The rating agency noted risks aggravating foreign financing.
