Sukhumi and Tskhinvali support Moscow on Ukrainian issue

Consultations were held today in Moscow on the Ukrainian issue, attended by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister, Grigory Karasin and the foreign ministers of Abkhazia and South Ossetia, Vyacheslav Chirikba and David Sanakoev.

Both sides reaffirmed their support for Russia's position on the crisis in Ukraine.

Diplomats also exchanged views on issues relating to the Geneva discussions on security and stability in Transcaucasia.
