Ukrainian Central Election Commission advises to hold consultative poll instead of referendum

The deputy chairman of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine, Andriy Magera has proposed to hold a consultative poll instead of national referendum on country's statehood. 

Magera also said that the speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, active president of Ukraine, Oleksandr Turchynov does not hae enough authority to hold a referendum.
