Suicide attacker in Russian military blast identified

Police in Dagestan have identified the suicide bomber who killed 4 and
injured 30 in an attack on a military base near the town of Buinaksk.
He was Zamir Terekbayev, born in 1984, and a resident of the Stavropol
Territory, RIA Novosti reports.

An investigation is trying to establish the possibility that there
were two suicide bombers.

Russian Defense Minister Anatoly Serdyukov earlier told journalists
that the security measures at the base were insufficient.
