US to impose sanctions on Russia's Sechin and Miller

The United States is going to put head of the Rosneft company Igor Sechin and Gazprom's chief executive on the list of Russian officials against whom the US has imposed personal sanctions in response to Russia's policy towards Ukraine, the New York Times cites sources in the Obama administration as saying.

A new round of US sanctions against Russia is expected to be announced today.
