Stars of the Commonwealth - 2014

The award "Stars of the Commonwealth" was established in 2009 by the Council for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS and the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS countries. The prize is awarded annually in three categories: 1) science and education; 2) culture and art; 3) humanitarian activities.
