Ukrainian PM calls for development of new Constitution before elections

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseny Yatsenyuk has urged all political forces to finish their work on the new Constitution before the presidential polls of May 25, RIA Novosti reports.

The text of the new Constitution should be approved by May 25. It will be sent for examination to the Venice Commission and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
