Three-km tunnel to be built in Tbilisi

Tbilisi will build a 3-km tunnel to connect the overhead road of the
Square of Heroes and the Saburtalin region, Georgia Online reports.

The tender for the tunnel project will start in 2011. The cost of the
project is still unknown.
