Russia satisfied with progress of OSCE MG

The Russian Foreign Ministry has published a report on progress of the OSCE Minsk Group in resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict of Armenia and Azerbaijan in 2013, RIA Novosti reports.

The document reminds that efforts of the OSCE MG (Russia, France, U.S.) allowed Azerbaijan and Armenia to renew top-level negotiations. The Russian Foreign Ministry assures that it will continue plying an active role in peace processes throughout the CIS and will contribute to ending the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

Security and stability in the region, according to the report, will remain a priority of the ministry in Trans-Caucasus.
