Russia condemns Ukraine's military operation in eastern regions

The Russian Foreign Ministry says Ukraine's planned military operation in eastern regions of the country could lead to a catastrophe, ITAR-TASS reports.

Russia believes Kyiv's actions are "irresponsible and aggressive." The Ukrainian authorities recently announced that the country's military would storm positions of the pro-Russian militants on May 2.
