Referendum in Turkey is step to EU membership - Cavusoglu

A referendum due to take place on the 12th of September in Turkey on constitutional reform will play a major role toward membership of the European Union, the president of PACE Movlud Cavusoglu said. He added that the Council of Europe will support Ankara, ANS reports.
