Georgian parliament to examine draft of new constitution

The parliament of Georgia will examine the draft of a new constitution which will turn Georgia into a parliamentary republic. This would enable Mikhail Saakashvili to run for the post of prime-minister, as he has no legal right to
run for president a third time, Gazeta.ru reports.
