Georgia calls Azerbaijan and Turkey traditional partners

Cooperation of countries in joint regional projects was the guarantee for stability in the Caspian – Black Sea and Mediterranean Regions, said Georgian President Georgy Margvelashvili at a forum attended by his counterparts from Azerbaijan and Turkey in Tbilisi today, Trend reports.

The president noted that Azerbaijan and Turkey had always been a partner of Turkey. Together, the countries focused on economic development and prosperity of people, according to Margvelashvili.

He added that the cooperation was expanding towards European and Asian states. Concluding his speech, Margvelashvili thanked his counterparts for cooperation and expressed hope that it will intensify in the future.
