Ukraine experiencing civil war, Chechen leader says

The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, says Ukraine is now in a state of civil war. The Russian community in the country is threatened, Kadyrov is quoted as saying by ITAR-TASS.

"An actual civil war has begun in Ukraine. The pro-Western leadership and Right Sector have started a military operation against the Russian community in Eastern Ukraine," the Chechen leader is quoted as saying.
